Shaqwana Reed

Shaqwana is the visionary and leader of Sister Lift. Sister Lift is a non-profit ministry dedicated to helping women reach their highest potential. We provide a safe and supportive environment for women to grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

At Sister Lift, we are focused on uplifting and empowering women in all stages of life. Our mission is to provide the resources and support for women to reach their full potential. In addition, we strive to create a supportive, safe environment for all women, no matter their background or circumstance.

Our events are designed to help women connect with each other, build relationships, and find strength in their communities.

Shaqwana is a wife and mother. Shaqwana's compassionate heart and empathetic nature have allowed her to connect with women from diverse backgrounds, understanding their struggles and challenges. Her ability to listen and empathize, combined with her unwavering faith, enables her to provide a safe and nurturing space for women to heal, grow, and thrive.

Yolanda "Yoli" Ahadzie

We are led by a highly experienced and compassionate team of professionals. Our Vice President, and Administrator Yolanda, is a passionate advocate for women and is dedicated to furthering the cause. With her leadership and dedication, Sister Lift is committed to making a lasting impact for the betterment of our society.

As a mentor, Yolanda utilizes her personal experiences and spiritual wisdom to guide women through the obstacles they face on their individual journeys. She encourages them to embrace self-love, embrace their unique strengths, and overcome societal barriers that hinder their progress. Through her mentorship, Yolanda empowers women to step into their own divine purpose, fostering a sense of confidence and resilience within them.

In addition to her advocacy work, Yolanda is a lifelong learner and a seeker of knowledge. She continuously educates herself on various topics such as personal development, mental health, and social issues affecting women. This thirst for knowledge allows her to provide well-rounded guidance and relevant advice to those she supports.

Tasha Richards

As an administrator and Secretary for Sister Lift, Tasha is passionate about helping all women find their path to success. Tasha is dedicated to helping our members realize their full potential and reach their goals. Tasha keeps the ministry and members laughing with her "Laughing with my Sister's" segment.

Elistria Warren

At Sister Lift, we believe that the power of prayer is essential for all aspects of life. We are a non-profit organization that provides a platform for women to come together and lift each other up through prayer. Our mission is to create a safe space for women to be heard and share their stories. Elistria leads our volunteers of intercessors that covers the ministry in prayer and shares inspirational and encouraging segments to support Sister Lift.
